We offer a comprehensive service to create vector DXF drawings based on provided photos, hand-drawn sketches, technical drawings and other visual materials. You will receive a precise CAD drawing that is perfectly tailored to your needs.
Why choose our services?
Accuracy and precision: With state-of-the-art CAD tools, we can ensure the highest accuracy in the reproduction of each detail.
Flexibility: we work with simple hand sketches , as well as with more complex technical projects.
Fast turnaround time: We guarantee fast and timely delivery of finished DXF files.
DXF files are used on many different types of manufacturing machines that use vector files to perform precision cutting, engraving, milling and other machining processes. Here are some of the applications DXF files are used for:
CNC milling machines and lathes: DXF files are used to define toolpaths that a CNC milling machine uses to machine materials such as metal, wood, plastics or composites.
EDM wire-cutting machines: For wire-cutting EDM machines, DXF files are used to define the cutting geometry, especially in precision machining of complex shapes.
CO2 lasers and fiber lasers: DXF files are commonly used in laser cutting machines to cut contours in materials such as metal, wood, leather, acrylic and other plastics. The DXF specifies the exact paths for the laser to follow.
Waterjet cutting machines: Waterjet cutting machines, which use a high-pressure water jet (sometimes with an abrasive added), use DXF files to define cut lines on a variety of materials, from metal to stone and glass.
CNC plasma cutters: They use DXF files to cut conductive metals (e.g., steel, aluminum) using a hot plasma jet. The DXF defines the shapes that the machine cuts from sheets of metal.
Engraving Lasers: DXF files are used in engraving machines to precisely cut or engrave designs, text and graphics on various surfaces such as wood, glass, metal and plastic.
CNC press brakes: Although DXF mainly defines the shapes cut from sheet metal, these files can also be used as part of the preparatory process for sheet metal bending, defining cutting lines and preliminary contours.
3D printers: DXF files can be used as a base format for conversion into 3D models that are then printed on 3D printers. They serve as a starting point for creating more complex geometries in CAD software before printing.
